Important to Know Before Using
.Do not season the stone with oil or clean it with detergent, otherwise it will cause an odor during preheating.
.Ensure that the stone is properly and fully preheated, otherwise food will stick onto the stone and will be soggy.
.Do not bake oily foods on the stone directly, please place them in a container firstly. *The recipe for pizzas baked on a stone is different from those baked on a metal pan. Stone baked pizzas should be thin, not greasy, and dry. This will help you to slide the pizzas onto the stone easily and keep the stone clean as well as usable.
.Frozen pizza needs to be restored to room temperature before baking.
.Avoid small areas of heat or ignition sources heating, which can cause stones to crack due to uneven heating.
